Watch every lesson

Every lesson is pre-recorded, so you can watch it in our app or member site before class for a preview, or when reviewing for a test. Each video lesson runs 30 to 45 minutes, with no wasted time.

Gear and uniforms

Uniforms, belts, sparring gear and Kendo equipment are all in our Shop, and the front desk can help with sizing.

• Mouth guards: A mouth guard is required for all sparring, in every program and at every age. Kids need one from their very first class. If you forget yours, you'll need to buy one at the front desk before you can spar. We keep them in stock.
• Taekwondo: You'll need your own sparring gear before moving up to Level 2. You can buy it from us.
• Adult Jiu-Jitsu: When you finish Fundamentals and Technical Comprehension and move into Advanced, we offer a gear package with gloves, a mouth guard and everything else you need.
• Kendo: Beginners start with a bokuto (wooden practice sword) and a shinai. When you're ready, buy your keikogi and hakama (kendo uniform). After that, you train in loaner armor (bogu) until you buy your own full bogu. Once you have your own bogu, you can go to shinsa to rank up.
